Anyhoo, I must be off, so much to do, I will be back to normal after the weekend. Youpi! I can not wait to get my spring on. Oh and went to the sports doctor and found out that I have ITB Syndrome, which is an Illiotibial band friction problem, very common in runners, which I can sort of fix with lots of stretching and icing, and I should hopefully be able to start running again! Double Yes!
