Russian Dolls and Jumping Beans

Ok first off, I have been meaning to mention this great show that I have had the pleasure of being a part of!


"Five", is a group exhibition of artists' russian dolls, which is on at Artguise in Ottawa, until August 17th. I would also like to thank the great Amy and leila and the artguise folks, who curated this fantastic exhibit. I had a great time putting together my "Super Hero Russian Doll Kit", I just wish I could have been at the opening!

Finally, I also have several more 'jump' photos' which have been inspired by miss akg and the work of photographer Phillipe Halsman's Jumpology series. I have been having such a great time taking these photos, they are so strange, the frozen positions the camera captures you in, and the strange faces you make mid jump, such a riot.
