Algonquin Adventure!

I went up north this weekend with some loved ones.  we had an epic adventure.  here is a short i made of a small piece of our weekend.

this is a bit different than some of the things i have been playing around with, but the ideas of landscapes, nature and maps are very present in my mind these days.  i am excited about where these could lead with a little more time.  mini maps of my memories.

Part of my new work schedule is doing one morning shift a week from home. Today was my first day, and I was looking forward to a little peaceful time, until this guy marched up and sat on all my 'stuffs'. Oh mr. koshi!

Textile design...

so a couple of months ago the monster factory was working on pattern design, and I haven't been able to stop thinking about patterns ever since.  i am really interested in textile design.  i would love to make fabric with my own print design.  i am sure there are places you can get this done as well.  anyhoo, here is the beginning of my experimenting.  still very new..
