noodle no legs

i realize i have never mentioned our other friendly furry friend Noodles...this is maybe because she is very camera shy and it is almost impossible to take a photo of her.

We have been catsitting Noodles for friends who are out of town, since late september, and we are quite fond of our polite little Noodler.

Though they may resemble in appearance, Noodle's is nothing like our Koshimi "the destroyer", she never scratches anything, and she says please and thank you and always finishes chewing before swallowing.

Noodle's tends to sit all bundled up in this funny way, where it seems that she is without legs...she likes to sit like this on my back when i am wrapped in blankets watching the tube, in which case we both look like bundles without legs.

When Noodles first came to stay with us, she hid in our box spring...we had to haul her out every night before sleep, because i was paranoid of smooshing her...Noodle's no longer hides.

Recently Noodles had to go to the vets, because we are awful parents, and missed clipping her left "thumb" nail and it became ingrown...i am still feeling guilty. Noodles does not like going to the vets, Kye sustained thrid degree scratch and puncture wounds trying to get her into the travel cage that day.

Noodle's likes to play with my blue measuring tape and the paper club monoco bag in my studio, and she loves being brushed...Koshi, hates being brushed. Noodle's also loves boxes, just like Koshi, at one point we had an issue over sharing the shoe box in the hallway, and had to bring up another shoe box, so they could both have a box to be in.

It is going to be really hard to give Noodle back.

ohhh cats.
